MDMA when used safely is probably the greatest experience a human could go through. Simply amazing.

So MDMA isn't allowed medically/therapeutically but morphine is? Ok, makes sense.

The FDA needs an overhaul. It doesn't need to be dismantled. But there's been studies going on for this for years and it has been proven effective. Big pharma could definitely profit off this, if that's exactly what's going to make or break the possibility of people getting help for PTSD. There's s big problem of people having PTSD for many reasons, but obviously service members. FDA failed us again today

Well, of course.

We can't have a permanent cure when lifelong treatments are just so more profitable?

This is such a bad faith objection to an extremely promising treatment with very few downsides

It was too effective thus they couldn't keep people hooked on prescriptions long-term. That's why this treatment was shut down. It simply wouldn't be profitable enough.

The rejected it because they know it works and it is cheap.

Absurdly stupid decision. Of all the things I’ve dabbled in, this particular elixer has the most promise of all. Which is a somewhat discomforting oddity for a thing that doesn’t actually ‘grow on trees’. They first started using in in the 70’s for couples therapy. I’ve never experienced anything that brings you so fully into the feeling of gentle, compassionate, loving heart. I’m really disappointed for everyone.

It should be up to patient or client.

FDA should BAN fast-food based on this logic

Regulated MDMA should be permitted

That's so evil. They are getting paid off. They had research on this treatment sense the 1960's. Evil.

FDA should be disbanded, they hurt more than they help.

This is my motivation to look into MDMA for my severe, recurrent, and complex PTSD. If the FDA rejected it, then clearly it must be effective. Where do I sign up

I have never tried MDMA, but my physician recommended guided MDMA therapy as a treatment for PTSD.
