Jon’s great nephew Harrold Hardyng is said to look a lot like Jon Arryn with blonde hair, blue eyes, and an aquiline nose. Yet his apparent son looks nothing like him. If the Arryn genes are that strong to where his great nephew looks that much like him, then Jon could have been referencing the Arryn seed when he said “the seed is strong”, not the Baratheons

The book about the features of Great Houses probably had information about the Arryns. However, the investigation was being carried out with Stannis, who it is said brought the idea about Robert's children being bastards to Jon Arryn.

He *was* actually doing that, given Lysa's proximity to Baelish. Lysa taking Robin back to the the Eyrie after Jon's poisoning is all the evidential subtext in the world. The thing that throws a spanner in the works of Robin being Baelish's son is he resembles too many of Lysa's male relations for it to be discussed operatively

Honestly, this is a theory that would make sense because the signs that Robert/Robin Arryn is actually Littlefingers in the books is clear. Looking at Harry the Heirs appearance makes it obvious in the books. He's a lot like Jon, and obviously, his supposed son doesn't look like him or much like his Tully mother, but he looks like young Peter probably did.

What if Jon had some suspicion about Robin's parentage and Lysa's affair, but before he could delve more into it, Littlefinger just directed Stannis and Jon's attention towards Jaime and Cersei's relationship, which obviously would be more bigger controversy

I know that it wouldn't matter who Jon Arryn found out about because like a horror movie, when he discovers the truth, he would be instantly eliminated to preserve the secrets and lies.

This is objectively not true cause we know Stannis approached Jon about the parentage issue with Robert’s kids

If true this will be Littlefinger's undoing. He intend to dispose of Robin and that would make him a kinslayer. Add the supposed curse of Harrenhal and he'd be damned. 😋
