There I was thinking the method would be to be gone while Karthus pressed R to avoid being targeted by it - that's why Yuumi doesn't get hit if she's attached when it starts, but still does if she's not and then hops on before it ends

Would K’Sante be able to dodge the initial targeting of Karthus ult if he was in the wall when Karthus pressed r? Would the same occur for zed ult?

you can dodge karthus ult with hextech portals

then its simple just instantly r and press w is the saver option i think i mean his w has crazy dmg reduk after R even gets beyond 100% easily
