The Predator easter egg seems kind of obvious to me now. There is almost certainly an invisible hurtbox somewhere on the map that will trigger the sound and drop blood onto the leaf.

"Inside" is an incredibly mysterious game. I read an interview with the director, he said he hid all the necessary clues in the game, but he doesn't want people to find them. Pretty bizarre.

I think the big dude in Rayman is supposed to be Israel "IZ" Kamakawiwoʻole! He died during the games development, and it seems like a little tribute to him.

12:20 FYI, I'm not at all surprised that this "cypher" has never been solved. Maybe it's because it's not a cypher? It's simply known as Drake's Equation, which is a probabilistic argument used to estimate the number of active, communicative extraterrestrial civilizations in the Milky Way galaxy.
The variables means:
N = the number of civilizations in our galaxy with which communication might be possible (i.e. which are on our current past light cone);
and
R∗ = the average rate of star formation in our galaxy
fp = the fraction of those stars that have planets
ne = the average number of planets that can potentially support life per star that has planets
fl = the fraction of planets that could support life that actually develop life at some point
fi = the fraction of planets with life that actually go on to develop intelligent life (civilizations)
fc = the fraction of civilizations that develop a technology that releases detectable signs of their existence into space
L = the length of time for which such civilizations release detectable signals into space
Exactly what fg, fm, fj and ft means, I don't know. They don't belong in the formula. Maybe they are the only four that actually means something, and they're hidden in the formula just to hide them?

Here's why...

The timer indicates 21:14.800.

Something might have happened before (but it's cut in the video), at around 21:13 seconds, as we'll see below...


11:00 "Midday in Year 2113.
1st Sat in Aug
One of Five keys will open the box
Underneath the Eiffel Tower"


So that would be 5th Aug 2113 at 12:00, or (in ISO format):
2113-08-05T12:00:00


Trying to see how that _MIGHT_ translate in geographic coordinates:
21°13'08.05"N, 12°00'00"E
21°13'08.05"N, 12°00'00"W
21°13'08.05"S, 12°00'00"E
21°13'08.05"S, 12°00'00"W


Both coordinates to the South are in the middle of the ocean (so let's discard them).
21°13'08.05"N, 12°00'00"E is somewhere in Niger.


The most interesting one is 21°13'08.05"N, 12°00'00"W.
It is rather close to the "Eye of Africa" (21.13N 11.4W)


Also worth noting in the message at 11:00, some letters are capitalised letters and read:

I don't know if there is any significance to the capitalised letters...


Other clues at 11:19 indicate we should not focus on the date itself (as it might hide another meaning).

For the Rayman one: I think that model could be a reference/homage to Israel 'IZ' Kamakawiwoʻole, who died in 1997 and is known for his beautiful rendition of 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow/What a Wonderful World'

Uhhh. Two things about the Xbox Easter Egg.
1: It IS rendered in real time. This is something you find out if you have an old, dusty xbox, that lags the intro.
2: I'm pretty sure I found the easter egg as a kid. It's a different boot up sequence. Like the Gamecube. I don't have my Xbox now, but I remember the green goo stuff being yellow. That's all I can remember, but I remember it so vividly.
