I use water plus, kale, cucumber, banana, strawberries, chia seeds, coconut oil and beta glucagon powder. Also I grow my own Swiss chard leaves and bok choy which I just pick off the leaves as I need them.

I often add carrots to our smoothies, it tastes fabulous with pineapple and orange. We also use Greek yogurt, or a whey powder, but I would love to find a dairy and soy free alternative to whey. My husband doesn't like almond butter and we are peanut free since our two year old is peanut allergic.
