I love the Jewishness of the show, and almost wish that they had leaned into in even more. Like using Yeshua (Joshua) instead of Jesus, or Miriam instead of Mary.

Ben, thank you for interviewing Dallas about this series! As a Protestant Christian, I'm not bothered about minor deviations in the artistic portrayal of The Chosen. It's all too easy for "purists" to rip apart a beautiful message that resonates with non-believers. These are the people who would lose progress in pursuit of perfection.

That’s just it, if Jesus was a practicing Jew and says in the word to be like him and that he came to do the fathers will (Torah) then why don’t Christian’s do that? They have inherited lies from their fathers. Glad to see the blinders lifting slowly. I am a grafted in gentile and keep Shabbat and all the biblical feasts and. I love how they bring out the Jewishness in this show but this show has a lot of things that are concerning. There’s extra-biblical narratives and a lot of the production team and actors are Catholic and Mormon and Dallas says on video and I quote “ we all worship the same Jesus “ … that is not true.
