Great tips, Ben!...Your third tip on filler phrases is a particularly good one, but might I add a twist. Instead of repeating the question, paraphrase it, so in answer to "Why are you learning English" you might say, "Good question! So what you're asking me is why is it important to speak English."

I would also add "moreover" to the linking verbs. Good job with the videos; they're really useful to me!
