I’m reading The millionaire real estate agent and in here someone said it took me 20 years to have 1 million and only two years to have 3 and another two to have 5. When I read that this video popped into my head

The great thing about this clip is that it is not teaching people to be the 0.01% outliers, but genuinely grow as a better person. I will finally be making my own first million this year after hitting thirty. I can see it being easier in the future, although I can't say for sure. However the growing I had to do was brutal. This strikes a nerve for me. Those are some of the exact qualities I was missing when I was younger, and most of them align with qualities generally associated with being a virtuous person.

I was misguided in my youth to think ruthlessness, cold-heartedness and selfishness is what get you anywhere. That only happens to the rarest lucky few.

I love this... people always say the second million is easy due to compound interest... but definitely the fact you are already in the 'mindset' of an earner makes it easy also.
