I think that could have been a very early bot that didnt work as it should have. Or it was a working Textbot somebody took apart to troll people l. I think it was an AI because of the way it was written. This is how an AI during that time could have behaved.

If anything like this happened now, it would be seen as an ARG of sorts, similar to Cicada 3301. If 4chan existed back then, they probably would have solved this mystery a long time ago, or at least have gotten close to solving it, since this mystery feels so old that there's not that many leads to follow.

Idk if it matters but the words that are capitalized are random. So it must be from a Narrative book, not a dictionary, if it is from a book at all. Look for the way words are capitalized for patterns.

This looks like somebody distributing cryptographic keys, but there would be no way of knowing what possible purpose these keys would have without access to whatever messages these keys were intended to be applied to.
