Hello Jen, I too like to have cold face wash when I wake. I like my quiet alone with myself moments in the early morning when I just contemplate life with a large coffee & the birdsong outside... till I hear alarms going off, my adult children live with me & work. When they have gone I take my time to do chores, there is no rush. Before I would rush to do everything, I am taking a leaf out of your book by just taking time, slowing down & I am so appreciative of your videos. Thank you Jen, Best wishes to you & hubby x

First, figure out what the issue is, do they need more/less water, light, or temperature? I’m going to wing it and say light and if that’s the case, try a grow light that suits your decor.

Hi Jen...once again thank you for sharing your daily routines... drinking coffee, warm drinks and doing sports like yoga, or walking through the beautiful nature help us to take care of ourselves physically and mentally and cope with this cold winter...and my highest pleasure is reading a book in the sofa, covered by a blanket while I drink a coffee..before starting to wish you nice moments....
