Currently own the EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra since 2020 which was a bad time to buy GPUs due to the shortage. Found it at a local computer store (do not have a Micro center in my area) but I had to buy 3 PC components to get the GPU which I paid $900 (including tax ~$1000).

I just need to upgrade my CPU since I’m still using an AMD Ryzen 9 3900X. Had no idea at that time that the 5000 series was releasing soon when I bought it.

Yeah I got the 6800 non XT about a year or so ago for under 400 and man it kicks ass.

I've managed to get my hands on a used 3080 ti (Msi Suprim x) for just 550 euros. I'm going for a completely new system which will include the rtx 3080 ti and ryzen 7 7800x3d. Altough I might upgrade later on but for now it will be more than enough. Current system has a i7 4790 and gtx 970 lol.

Yeah the 3080 is the real goat nowadays sold at around 350 usd on average

I have the 2070 super and an i7-10700kf. It’s still pretty amazing what I am able to achieve with this combo. (And yes on high settings)
