Wow Xiaomi. S21 Ultra has been undefeated for a long time but I liked the night time rear camera more on Xiaomi. It captures more detail despite of some color inconsistencies.
Night time video was great on Mi11U too.

These phones are great!! But if there's one phone that i could, i'd be picking the samsung s21 ultra. Overall it is the most balanced and great in taking photos. 💯👏🏻

Mi 11 Ultra - over expose, too bright, most details
S21 Ultra -consistence, somewhere in the middle, nice colour, photo king
iPhone 12 Pro Max - too orange, good dynamic range, video king

If i had to choose one, i'll go for s21 ultra for being consistency and has more camera features to offer

Mi 11 ultra has raw potential. That zoom setup is great for 5x onward. Largest sensor shows it's promise, just needs tuning for HDR especially highlight control. I expect with updates it will be the best for low light photos, on par for medium to far zoom. S21 ultra front facing camera will remain better as will portrait mode with native 3x. Right now: S21 ultra still photo king, and iphone still video king especially at night
