And 5 min break after 40 mins

1) 6am to 7:00 - wake up / fresh / exercise / breakfast
2) 7 to 8 - self study
3) 8 to 12 - house chores
4) 12 to 2 - lunch and rest
5) 2 to 5 - sleep
6) 5 to 6 - snack time / mood fresh
7) 6 to 10 - self study
8) 10 to 11- dinner and walk
9) 11 to 12 - quick revision wht I had study ...try to do it quickly to use phone 😂
12 to 5 - sleep 😴
Next day as usual same routine
