hi everyone I am a class 11th now but came here to give y'all this advice that i never listened.... *don't* try to indulge in anything new right now (be it anime, web series, k drama or anything new) if you have a hobby rn then keep doing it but nothing new.... i don't know mai yahan gyan dene kyon aa gyi bbut aa hi gayi hoon to sun lo:-
1- as I said don't try anything new (especially if you know that you are the kind of person who easily gets obsessed)
2- finish your syllabus asap and then chill (don't do the opposite)
3- whenever you study give your phone/ laptop to your anyone in your family (to avoid distractions) or if everyone is busy then lock it in your cupboard...
4- if by any chance you study with your laptop then create a separate chrome ID and email.... ONLY FOR STUDYING!!!
5- if you are already addicted with something then try to stay away from it for a while (5-7 days) and in that time indulge with ur hobbies at that time...
6- very common, but make proper self-notes
7- set a study goal for the day and reward yourself in the end of the goal (for e.g. I reward myself with 2 anime episodes)

I know I may get a lot of backlash but this is for your own good don't waste your time or you will stay in guilt forever
