My journey to confidence has been a long one. ✨ Growing up, I always felt others were "better" than me, looked better, were shaped better...and that somehow because of my cultures and how/where I grew up...that I was not enough. I never fit the mold, so it was easy to shy away and be myself in private. I would spend time reading books, creating pottery, writing music, running, spending time with my family, and only sharing a part of myself with my very few friends who I knew loved me unconditionally. 🙏 One of my greatest lessons in life has been learning to understand my worth, my uniqueness and to not be afraid of my brilliance. ✨ I have learned to transform my pain into love and my insecurities into my power. I have learned to open up and become vulnerable, because I realize that no one has the power to hurt me...other than me. True health lives on many levels, and while eating #FullyRaw #vegan has CHANGED MY LIFE, it wouldn't have come full circle without doing the inner work on myself as well. It's about self-care from the inside out. It's developing your inner strength. 💓 Here I stand 10 years later, and I realize I can only be me, and that is ALWAYS good enough. I am proud to let ALL my colors shine! No one can be better at being me than me, and that's pretty cool. 💪😎✨ 'I AM WORTHY' has become my favorite mantra because it instills confidence and self-love. Thank you all for your participation and support in this challenge! I think you're pretty amazing!

It's so good to recognise that self-love and acceptance involves being able to work on your imperfections that you can change. Don't try and lose weight because you'll "look skinny" but so that you have less health problems, more energy and don't feel heavy when you move

Posture, sport, good food, positive thoughts and positive attitude are truly golden rules! I was sitting all day at my computer an my back was killing me. I was suggested to use some sort of expensive corset, but I wanted to try some exercises, fitness exercises. And they worked! I work out 3 times a week and I I feel great! I also started reading some books on peace and love, and give up on the TV cable, that alone reduced a lot the stress and drama that was crowding my head. This complex lifestyle that you Kristina promote, is amazing!

YESYESYESYES!!!! Everything about this. Especially loving yourself before anything else. I learned that after really causing damage to myself. You can't love anyone until you love yourself. You are important. You matter.

It's so true. I'm in tears! The self sabotage is a real barrier for many of us. Another part of learning to love ourselves, I believe, is having healthy people on your team. People who are encouraging make the journey much better..
