Hair loss from Lasering off SMP , scalp micro pigmentation #tattooremoval

If you laser off your SMP tattoo, scalp micro pigmentation do you also lose the hair follicles you already have?
That is a serious question asked by many laser tattoo removal patients, especially during SMP but the answer is NO. Lasers for tattoo removal are either Q or Pico neither of which generate enough heat to kill a hair follicle.
