Hi I’m new to chinchillas and I have 2 questions

1.) can u get your own sticks from outside and will willow sticks work I just want my chinchillas to not get sick or anything. Also related do I collect your own sticks?


2.) How do u get your chins to trust you right now I have one who will let me touch her and not pick her up and one who barks if I try to pick her up. I just want to make them as comfortable with me as possible
