You missed Worf telling Picard he hasn't seen him in 11 years, 4 months, 5 days - That is a direct reference to Spock telling Kirk and Commodore Mendez that he served under Captain Pike for 11 years 4 months 5 days in the episode "The Menagerie"

Will and Deanna have a telepathic link. It's not perfect or in any way long range, but in line of sight Deanna can read Will's thoughts and can send hers to him. I have never heard of a telepathic changeling, so the Rikers may have a way to tell if the other is who they say they are. I hope they remember that on the show.

You missed Archer’s body in Daystrom Station. The Defiant that is in the museum has no cloak, when they replaced the original ship with the renamed São Paulo - it was a stock ship with improvements developed for the war.
The Enterprise-A can be considered Kirk’s ship because nobody else but Kirk had command of it.

Good breakdown, just one nerdy thing to keep in mind: Picard's syndrome/disease was not just a Picard season 1 thing! It was actually first mentioned in the final episode of the Next Generation, when we see an older Picard putzing around his vineyard in an alternate timeline. So that particular easter egg has been sitting around for nearly 30 years.

Love the Easter eggs you found but I have one correction for your findings - at 7:34 The Crow that Data finds is actually first seen in the Season 6 Episode 16 called "Birthright" where Data is knocked unconscious by the device Dr Bashir brings aboard, Data has a dream about the Crow and his father Dr. Soong. The "Phantasms" Epiosde didn't happen until Season 7

Great Video BUT 12:00 The Enterprise A was a re-build and his ONLY captain was Captain Kirk until is put into the fleet museum
the Enterprise of Pikes and Admiral Robert April was a different ship that got completly destroyed (self destruction) in Star Trek III

Genesis II was also a TV pilot created by Gene Roddenberry that aired on CBS as a movie but wasn't picked up as a series, so this is a double Easter egg.

"Kirk's Ship" was the Enterprise NCC-1701-A. You can see the registry on the saucer. Pike and April never commanded her.

I can't believe it took me this long to work out.
It's Picard's disease that the changelings are after as it is incurable and they plan on spreading it throughout the federation.
They probably thought they could get it from Picard's body at first but it probably died with him and that is why they are desperate to get Jack now as he has it.

They're using the cloaking device from the Bounty because the Defiant in the museum—it's not the original, remember—was never shown to have used a cloak. It's unlikely the Romulans would have given the Federation a new one just because they lost the first Defiant.

Fun fact: neither Defiant is the first one seen in the franchise. That would be a Constitution class vessel seen in the original series episode "The Tholian Web", as well as the excellent "In a Mirror, Darkly" _Enterprise_ two-parter.
