Xiaopang is always getting into trouble both at home and at school, where he regularly earns the lowest marks in his class. When he is caught lying on his latest homework assignment, his teacher punishes him by ordering him to complete ten good deeds during the summer holidays and writing them down in his diary. As if this isn't bad enough, the teacher appoints a girl in Xiaopang's class, his arch-nemesis Xiaohu, to supervise him. Forced to spend their summer together, Xiaopang and Xiaohu eventually learn more about each other and come to value their differences. As Xiaopang's well-intentioned efforts to complete his good deeds go hilariously wrong, will Xiaohu be able to teach him the valuable lesson that it's not always what you do, but how you do it?
