This week J and Ben give a lecture at Virginia Tech, Luke picks out some cereal and then Beth goes to Ashville to run at the Biltmore while J is left at home with the kids for the weekend!

My husband and I did a wine tasting at the Biltmore A few years back. This was pre-Covid. It was one of the best winetasting I have ever been to. So glad you got to get away from home for a bit Beth!
