Self love doesn’t mean you shouldn’t want love. Finding friends you love, finding things you love, finding romantic love you can have that but don’t chase them they’ll come to you through exploration of life. It’s totally ok to have none of that but also ok to want it. But try to not base your self esteem or worth on whether you have friends, people like you or if a guy you fancy wants to go out with you

I have never commented on any YT videos, but THIS!!!! This is the love story we need to hear before that fairytale one( although I lovee it). Cause this is the reality. Young people lives in an illusion, so they think everything is perfect in this world but when reality hits you, you fall down hard. It breaks your heart and you start thinking that this was not what you expected and start having a self doubt.
I wish I could have heard it at the age of 14, now I am 25, and lost my so called "fairy tale love story" of 11 years and a best friend.
These lyrics are insanely positive. Thankyou so much for this song. We need such.
