ReverbNation is not where any viable musician is investing at this point. The submissions seem mostly phony. The Crowd Reviews can be mildly useful, but only a bit. They only take MP3s which ought to tell you right there how much they actually care about music. I have used it for a while out of sheer laziness or not having time to get things set up elsewhere, but going to avoid it for the most part going forward. May actually remove most of my music.
