YUMMY OATMEAL BREAD BREAD MACHINE

Показать описание
OATMEAL BREAD BILL DUBE VARIETY STYLE from Page 60 "The Breadman's Healthy Bread Book" Recipe as modified at bottom of description:
Two Modifications: Can you spot them? Well I'll tell you I omitted whole wheat flour, and added some sunflower seeds to the mix. If you read this please put a comment below as I'm starting tow wonder the value of even putting in a description. Forgot to mention going to do something with tripods next week. I am either going to be repairing on on camera. There are several I've purchased that need work, also one I broke by accident, but I don't have the stuff to fix that one yet. Well repair and maybe even a show and tell of some of my collection as I now have well over 20 tripods and about half of them are Vintage all metal. I prefer metal over plastic even with the added weight. Many of the tripods I own will still be usable after I'm long gone.
For filming this episode:
Two canon Cameras, numerous tripods, Numerous lights, new LED Pro lights, and me I'm learning how to do all this stuff one day at a time. Currently I am waiting for this video to upload and then I'm going to finish. The lights and some most of the tripods were from Goodwill. From online auctions. VLOGS were done with computer, VideoPad and Logitech HD Webcam. Lights were various Ulanzi and plug in LED.
Film editor VideoPad.
I was so worried about shadows while making this episode that I totally misplaced the lights and committed a sin in that my lights were often in the shot. I realized this too late and corrected in the last clip. Like I said this video might make a great drinking game to see who can spot more errors because even after editing there were plenty of them to go around.
Bread machines: You usually can get one used or new for under $50 The machine I use is no longer made it is the Breadman TR2200C Ultimate Bread Machine and frankly overpriced where I have seen it. The great thing about that machine though was the cast aluminum breadpan. Many of the newer machines these days have what appears to be stamped aluminum breadpans.
Used Bread Machine Shopping tips: Make sure you have all the parts (Pan, Paddle, Machine) and that they all work. Make sure machine has been well cared for. Look online if possible for reviews. Places to look for used bread machines. Thrift shops
Here is link to the Victorinox Bread Knife that I'm using:
1.5 LB Oatmeal Bread Bill Dube Variety Style
Needed: Bread machine, Measuring spoons, cups, etc
Ingredients: Flour, Sea Salt, Yeast, Canola Oil, Maple Syrup, Oatmeal, Powdered Milk,
For the Corner Baker machine that I have: Instructions run in order from top down.
Remove Bread Pan from machine: Make sure dough paddle is in place as you don't want to fish that thing into the bottom of your pan after you've added your ingredients.
Measure the following in order:
"Wet" ingredients:
9 oz. Water Warm if you intend to make bread right away, otherwise does not mater
1.5 TBS canola oil
2 TBS maple syrup
2 TBS powdered milk (note: I've tried regular milk for some reason bread turns out better with powdered milk)
1.5 tsp sea salt
Now mix all the ingredients for 20 seconds or so with spoon or spatula
Dry Ingredients:
3 cups flour (I use whatever I grab at the store)
.5 cup oatmeal or as Breadman says rolled oats (My next loaf I'm going to try .75 cup instead)
With a finger or spoon make your volcano crater for the yeast
2.5 tsp yeast into the volcano crater best to be a little careful with this one as you don't want your yeast getting wet early. or so I'm told
Carefully put bread pan back in machine. Now if you have not plugged in your machine already plug it in. Set the crust to Light and bread to Basic. Use your arrow up for desired delayed time or just hit start the machine will tell you when your bread will be ready.
NOTE: If your bedroom is close to your kitchen your bread machine noise and smell of fresh bread may end up waking you up as it does take a while to make bread.
