Spicy Cumin Lamb, a super simple healthy stir-fry recipe for any cut of lamb, regardless of how gamey it is (solution: add more wine). Can be spiced to preference (more pepper or less cumin or more soy). Important to toast the spices, don't forget that step. If you don't have a spice grinder, ground spices work fine too. Ingredients:
2 lbs leg of lamb
1 medium onion
3 tbsp chinese cooking wine
3 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
3 tbsp cumin seeds (or powder)
6-10 dried peppers (to taste)
2 tbsp cooking oil
