I love the fact that at the beginning of the video, the family talked about the pressure of representing all Black people because we are not a monolith. The experience with the black family and Baltimore can and probably is very different than with a family in Texas, Louisiana or even California.

The fact this man went in nervous and expecting major cultural differences really speaks to how far we still have to come as a nation.

Love how they stated white and black accordingly without any sense of being discriminatory. Some think saying white or black is discrimination but it’s a fact that’s the color of a skin.

The genuineness is in his eyes and smile. He is humanly vested. The fact that he is trying to understand black people and black culture, is admirable.

We celebrate Juneteenth with the black half of our family every year. This is such a great holiday and very important. Thank you for bringing some awareness to this. There are so many whites out there who don't care at all about the importance of this holiday.
