Recently experienced what I understand to be my ego death and is was a welcomed awareness. No fear, I embraced it. I have had suicidal tendencies for most of my life though, obviously, did not follow through. Since my awaking experience it occured to me that my suicidal thoughts may have been for the ego not the physical self.

Few understand this fewer have the courage to continue ego death and even fewer ever achieve it. I am on th journey and at times ot os nothing short of terrifying.

Most who think they are doing are being fooled by the ego yet again. This has happened ovrr and over to me.

Even "becoming the observer" is just another ego trick as ypu identify as the observer. Same with I Am.

I will say though that this is the highest and best thing you can do with your life. It is also the purpose of life in earth.

My highest blissful experiences use to came when least expect them, by facing extreme hardships facing biggest fears and couldn't avoid them anymore it's kind of provoke presence, consciousness to expand amd ego to subside and take it's place been a tool instrument that i can use (not used by it and identifying with all the stories) to navigate situations in direction that i needed in the moment enjoying it so much myself and life. The things i would think are disaster i could see them as challenge that i can deal with ease and joy so empowered!!
By dealings with them and improving more safe stable life conditions into more confort living ego slowly took back control taking all the credit been proud hero untill so i can identify with it.
Ego evolved a lot after every awakening i had i doesn't dye just change, so can identify with the thinking

The Ego appears when the Universe fails to recognize its own divine essence. Gradually it falls asleep and starts dreaming. However it gets more and more fearfull as the dream unfolds, and soon it somehow wants to wake up again. But now it realises that it is also affraid of waking up because it is affraid of stepping out of the dream. Because it has forgotten who it really is. 😂

The egoic mind is working hard to solve this cosmic problem. However it can not be solved at the ego level. It can only be solved by the Universe recognizing and appreciating its own divinity.

I experienced it 4 months ago. At the time, I did not recognise what it was, and I did not let go. Ever since, I got panic attacks and fear. I have no idea how to recover. Now that I know what it was, I am trying to let go, but it is very difficult. In my case, this experience made me hold onto my ego more than ever, but I want to let it go.

The reward of ego death is not just freedom, but infinite joy, bliss, happiness beyond imagination, you will be happy like a child every single day, life will be a literal dream adventure, your body will survive and thrive far better than ego can ever achieve, you will be able to communicate and navigate our society as a living God would, understanding every aspect of humanity and loving it all deeply as God would with God's endless fountain of joy and love, everything you could ever have done with an ego, ego death into God can do a thousand times better, that is the gift that is awaiting us all, all of us to no exception!
