Uhitha Music Academy is the institute of fine arts and culture. It was founded on 18th january 2000 in the premises of Pragathi Nagar, Hyderabad, "Uhitha " means in Sanskrith change or modify, the one who shows the way to change, a pointer, 'guide or guru' the primary objective of Uhitha is to promote cultural consciousness in the people’s cultural without discriminating any one on the basis of caste, creed, class, region and language. In the last twenty two years Uhitha has trained thousands of students in fine and folk arts.

Course: Courses are offered in Carnatic vocal, violin, veena, tabla, harmonium, guitar, baratanatayam (keyboard), kuchipudi and drawing
