Had mine for 3 years now and just blew up the microprocessor from static electricity. Make sure to touch ground negative before holding any parts you are putting in the socket.I do have metal on the box and normally I'm holding it in my hand, but today I put the cap in the socket without holding the box first. I know the cap was discharged, did that first.

Does not seem to do uH readings very well only does decimal fraction of mH may not do fraction of uH? Not the best tol for radio inductor use.
