Just like any other international student, I cannot afford to just study and not work. I knew that I have to work right after I arrived since I still have to support my family back home. I thought to myself, that I will get whatever jobs I could get because as I don't want to use my emergency fund. So I did, I was able to my first part-time job in less than two weeks upon arrival. However, the experience in my first part-time job was not like a walk in the park! IT WAS DAMN HARD! Na hire din ako as a dishwasher sa downtown Toronto. It was my first ever job as a part-time here in Canada. And God I'm Working for 3 days straight for it. Now I'm thinking if I should continue kahit kakapasok ko palang for the 2nd Day XD. But there are alot of jobs opening right now in Toronto kaya hoping to get a better one which is less hectic. Lesson learned guys, Becareful applying for dishwasher, you'll get hired easily, but you'll feel the heaviness of the work once you start. Your videos helped me alot Ms. Mc before I came to Canada, so thank you very much. Keep it up.
