As a mom of three daughters, your method of explaining(story telling) your process and experience of your heart being broken is so beautiful, relatable and most helpful.
Along with a wonderful cooking video of black dessert…amazing.

This brought me So much memories hahaha old times, young girls, bad guys. Good laughs today. Being Christian helped me a lot with it, I realized how loved I am by God, I shouldn't be crying over some random dude bad decisions. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Another great podcast episode Maddy!! I really enjoy just going through my morning routine and listening to your podcast haha. I enjoy your story telling and it’s so soothing to watch cooking while you talk over it. I often have to rewind to rewatch the cooking parts haha. This weeks discussion on heartbreak was another great topic. Definitely brought me back to my college days again when I was experiencing some of these incredibly strong emotions for the first time. Looking forward to next week’s customer 😁

Maddy why is it that everything you say always catches my heart? Just yesterday before i watched your video i was thinking of the heartbreaks of my past. I've never dated, but I've still had heartbreaks from losing friends. And they always say it's for my benefit so i don't depend on them. The first one she was my first and only female friend and she was my best friend. She cut off the friendship cold turkey and i was heartbroken, sad, angry, bitter, and suicidal. The 2nd time were 2 friends that cut it off cold turkey and i was heartbroken, and sad, but not angry or bitter because i had learned from the 1st one. Ever since that one though i had closed off my heart so I've had others leave me, but by now i had been used to it so i have not been heartbroken, sad, angry, or bitter ever since. Now i have no friends and that's ok because I'm used to being all alone. And I've learned that i don't belong around others. Those heartbreaks helped me grow to control my emotions and to not trust or rely on others ever again. And I've learned to accept my loneliness because nobody sticks around.

woa I have noticed that every time I finished school and I'm on the bus, I've felt down about things in a way... maybe it's the time I'm alone and I'm not looking at a screen and looking outside.
