This is so funny. You've got me talking to myself to confirm what I sound like when I speak, lol. "Can" DOES sound like "Ken" when I just speak normally. When I say "can't", even though I don't pronounce the T, it doesn't sound like "can, " but the missing letter you sometimes hear when people say "mitten" or "kitten." Aww, I have a new respect for people who learn/teach themselves English. Anyway, GREAT video!

Oh I totally relate to this one, most times when I'm filming I go check the recording to make sure I'm saying "Can't" properly enough so people can hear the "T" lol. Also to answer your qs. You can cook, swim and sow but you can't sing 😀
