I eat all but kefir
Cant have too much phosphorus due t ckd
Make brocoli easy
Rinse brocoli cutbup lil stems put in pot w some water steam or cook only few minutes on med heat w lid
Cook before it turns a pale green remove from heat u can add a bit of butter
I slice the stems n cook em as well

The stuff that you I believe called K fear never heard of sure looked an awful lot like a glass of milk which I do believe contains magnesium too 🤔 milk 🥛

Dairy is horrible for us... PERIOD... there may be benefits in some of the dairy products but overall dairy just isnt good for us
