in TPAL ... In the case of pt. Savita why P is 0? is it because her both pregnancies had crossed 37 wks?

How come in savita's case p is not 2 although it crosses 28 weeks as considered a standard of parity.

Sir if a pregnant women whose foetus is dead at 36 wk which is beyond period of viability. Will it be count in parity or abortion. .... Reply soon sir

Sir if u may pls confirm do insurance company ask for a post delivery or pre delivery GPLA status? Pregnant for the first time and delivered a baby what shall be GPLA (suitable to provide to insurance company)
