I honestly dont mind the stun nerf to bile titans, makes them seem more of a boss type enemy

I’ve ran underneath them and you can actually walk the titan like a dog, you just stay directly underneath and move left and right so when it takes a step left or right to turn you make it step forward. It’s pretty fun.

I just throw it slightly in front of the titan, then bait its spit animation, dive sideways, turn around, and run in the opposite direction. As long as it is still aggroed on you, it will take a step or two forward after spitting and get hit by the nuke. This is a safer method, but you have to get the timing and spacing right.

Honestly.... Once I hit level 20, I stopped being afraid of these guys. The hunters are a far bigger issue for me.
But my method of taking them out is a bit more complicated.
I first start off with my Scorcher, hosing it's abdomen down until it's popped open. I'll then whip out the Arc Thrower, and try to get a hole punched out of his side armor. Then if I have one, I'll use an orbital rail cannon, and that does the job. I usually don't have an orbital available though, cause I always play on Helldive, and where's one titan, that's many.
So in that case, I just keep blasting the units underneath him with the Arc Thrower, cause the shots arc up to it anyway. Same tactic if it's alone.
With it's belly blown out, it's less of an issue. It seems to give chase much faster that way, but that's also a plus, because as you said in this video. It's real easy to trigger the stomp animation, and I'll just stand under it and blast upward. It really doesn't matter how long it takes for me to bring it down. Either a team mate will get it, or I'll eventually get it. But I rarely die in that situation because I carry a weapon that can deal with the crowds and it.
And if there's anyone wondering how my method is any better than this one...
Think about it this way.... If you're good at kiting, you can actually get the Bile Titan to friendly fire all the enemies chasing you. So hunters, Chargers. I'll literally thank the lord that I've spotted a titan, I'll go underneath his legs, and out the other side, shake my lily white @$$ to get him to spit, and just watch all the bug bodies drop. And I literally only bring the railcannon for him. I just rather not chance a 500kg hit, when the railcannon is a promised hit no matter what (as long as you throw it near the titan.)
And you've gotta know that I know what I'm talking about, because I woke up this morning, and my account was level 103.

Hmm. The examples you showcased were on damaged titans, but the run route was actually kind of helpful to see and know the behavior

There’s multiple weapons you can easily take them out with don’t need 500kg
