Action center is not opening why and also taskbar option is not available why please explain solutions

Can you move the location Left Right top bottom, like you can do with the taskbar? because I always move my taskbar to the left, I would love to be able to move the action center as well. Thank you for your time, I really appreciate your video man.. Take care, and take it easy. ✌️ 🍶

Hey, after the last windows update, app store is broken and all the apps got broken too. It gives me this error code 0x8000FFFF. I wonder if u can help me, all the fixes i found on google, didn't work. Thanks!
