Tarte Tatin with peaches | Eat for happiness

Tarte Tatin is one of the easiest baking recipes. This sweet delishiousness will easily impress the crowd. For my birthday this is the perfect cake substitute since I'm not willing to spend too much time in the kitchen, but still want a festive treat.

ingredients:

large sheet of puff pastry (ready made from the supermarket)
1 kg of peaches
100 gr (coconut) sugar
50ml water
1 tbsp of unsalted butter
vanilla bean optional: 3 tbsp pecans
zest and juice from 1 lemon
