Tarte Tatin with peaches

My dear ones, I really want you to bake this upside down pie, it's very easy to cook and how delicious it is...
We will need :
V cold butter 100 g
~ flour 240 g
V salt pinch
baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
powdered sugar 1 tablespoon (you cannot put it one yolk ice water 40ml
Syrup:
6 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of water
First make the dough, because it should rest a little in the refrigerator. Grind the butter with dry ingredients into a crumb, add the yolk and water and knead the dough, it should turn out to be quite soft and elastic and put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes. We cut the peaches into slices.
I got six slices from one peach. We put the slices in the baking dish. Prepare the syrup, put a saucepan with sugar and water on the fire and bring to a boil, the syrup should turn brown, but don't overheat too much. Pour hot syrup over the peaches.
Roll out the dough and spread it on top of the peaches and bend the edges inward.
We make incisions in the center of the pie and sent it to the oven preheated to 175°C
convection or 180°C without convection for
40-45 minutes. The pie should be well browned.
Let it cool down a little and turn the pie over on a plate.. what a flavor.. peaches and caramel..
