Also fun trick; you can literally just add any tag to the item data that isn't used by the game to 'mark' an item to be detected with commands. So like use "/give @p minecraft:stick{glow:1}" to get a special stick with the 'glow' tag and then use "/effect give minecraft:glowing" to give everyone holding the stick the glowing effect.

With the speed attribute, if you use Multiply Base and then set it to 40 for example.
you will have 40% more walkspeed.
This also works with -40% making you slower.

Side note: If you wish to keep using the Roman numerals past 10, you can easily hide the enchantments and manually include the stats in the description yourself, such as "fire aspect XXXVVIII, " and so on.

To be honest, I wish I had found stuff on the server, but they're all either very well hidden, OR their chests are always empty when I find them.
I legit found a jungle temple full of skeletons, and I kept coming back for a solid week hoping to one day find something in the chest... and when I finally found something, it was generic loot (like gold ingots, iron nuggets, moss blocks...).
The only cool loot I got after playing for two weeks on the server is a pair of boots with frost walker, near the giant ice wall, and that's because someone showed it to me. ^^

The main thing I wish could happen is this being easily possible on bedrock in vanilla Minecraft as well. I have Java and bedrock, but when making custom maps or items like this, I do it on bedrock. This is because none of my friends has the java edition. But the problem is, java has so many possibilities and mechanics like this for making custom maps and items. So I really hope we will be capable of doing stuff like this in vanilla bedrock minecraft. Def joining your server though, all the custom items look sick

I agree that they should add more variety to weapons and more weapons in general, like a hammer or mace. That would make PVP a lot more interesting. And we would also have some more lore options as well. It's something Mojang should 100% get around to sometime.

fyi : you can add roman numerals above 10, you just have to hide the enchant tag and add them manually with lore (so for example, Unbreaking XI in gray color)
and for attributes, I'd recommend using percentage, it's easier to control
