As the name suggests, Locavore is all about hyper-local produce, with everything from the ingredients to the furniture and glassware coming from Indonesia. Chefs Eelke Plasmeijer and Ray Adriansyah have two menus, the ‘Locavore’ and the ‘Herbivore’. A regular on Asia’s 50 Best list and winner of the Sustainable Restaurant Award since 2019. Locavore has been an increasingly hot dining destination for Ubud in Bali, Indonesia since its opening in 2013.
