1. Seed oils, synthetic cooking oils: canola, sunflower, vegetable oils.
2. Nightshade veggies: legumes skins, blueberries, tomato. Bloating damages microbiome.
3. Alcohol, everything made of malt.
4. Gluten.
5. Any kind of sugar, fructose.
