Here are Things to sell on eBay in 2025 to get daily eBay sales. The trick to eBay is to list as many quality items monthly and sales will eventually trickle in every day. It doesn't take the most rare or valuable items to sell on eBay, but simple everyday items people are looking for online. All my eBay sales were finds from garage sales, Goodwill, thrift stores, rummage sales, estate sales, Facebook Marketplace, Auctions, and flea markets.

//WHO AM I?

I'm Wick and I am a reseller for a living. I find things at garage sales, thrift stores, and even clearance at retail stores to sell. I do online arbitrage, retail arbitrage, and buy locally. While the majority of my business is done through Amazon FBA, I also sell on eBay or anywhere else I can flip the junk that I find.

I also trade stocks and futures, do affiliate marketing, and Merch by Amazon to make money online. My goal is to live a free life away from the typical 9-5 job.

Q: What Apps do you use to sell online (eBay and Amazon)?

A: I search the eBay sold and completed listings to get an idea of what products are selling for. I use the Amazon Seller App to scan for FBA.

Q: Can you make a living selling online?

A: Yes, the difficulty is based on how much effort you put in and how much you need to make each month. I do this full time.

Q: Where do you find your clearance products to resell?

A: Literally everywhere. Check end caps and look for clearance aisles, but mostly it will be mixed in. Ask a manager if there's any good clearance deals and build a relationship if possible.

Q: Do you make a full-time living selling online?

A: I do. All my bills are covered, I'm able to save a good amount, and put money back into the business. I also do other things to make money, but reselling is the meat. It takes a lot of work and dedication to make a full-time living reselling.

I think the past 30 days have been our best of the year. We've been ramping up listings for Q4 (all the way up to 220 currently listed. My wife & I do this PT).

Just picked up a vintage transformer that will go for $200+. Been watching too much Froggy and you with your toy nostalgia. 🙂

COULD SLAP MYSELF FOR THIS.... yesterday I was dumpster diving and found a 4 foot tall Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, didn't check which one. It wasn't exactly on curb for recycling, so I didn't want to take something someone was still using, so I left it. 20 minutes later I decided to knock on the homes door to ask about it. As I bent the corner, I didn't see it anywhere. 4ft green turtle can't really hide. Someone came and grabbed it up no questions at all. All I could think of was Wick.

Way off topic question. Is it worthwhile to take an old ebay listing that's not selling, redo all the pictures and all of the pricing and descriptive information so that it's a new item, donate or sell locally the old item, and use that to get rid of old inventory that you'd otherwise lose money on?
