This one is actually pretty easy to get. You just have to go through the entire capital, fight Morgott The Omen King, Beat the fire giant, and proceed to beat maliketh.

You can also jump off the cliff near the Shack in the Mountain Top of Giants towards the Consecrated Snowfields certain spots land you near a Stake of Marika and you can respawn in the Consecrated Snowfields instead of getting the Medallion. (Edit as of patch 1.03 some areas are patched some are not for reference see All Remembrances Speedrun for locations that still work)

If anyone is struggling with the fight for the Veteran's armor, try Bewitching Branches on his pals. This fight was a pain for me until I noticed these would turn the tide in my favor. It's tricky but you apply, stand back, and fight done!

With the Black Knife armour set you only need to wear the chest piece for its effect to activate not the whole set although it does look amazing if you do wear it all
