Can you do a video on finding the seems off a pass or dribble, I've never seen anyone talk about this

Why can't I shoot too far I am 4 11 height and I am going to sign up for kids b ball but I can't shoot very far I can shoot anywhere near the paint in front of a three point line but I can shoot some 3's but I can't hold the ball right while shooting how would I be able to get better I already practice on a goal everyday and try to shoot farther each time I make it but when I back up to like a little behind where the 3 point line is I just airball why?and how can I hold ball while shooting right?

My school basketball coach helped me 1nce to train me by testing me with saying do a layup then shoot mid then shoot a 3 then free throw I am apparently best at 3s and mid and almost really good at free throws but he says I need to work on aiming the ball/or holding and shooting right
