That salmon sashimi tastes amazing. Salmon just melts in your mouth, soaked/covered in wasabi and sweet eel sauce it’s amazing!

Growing up in south Louisiana we’ve always had access to tons of seafood and also exceptional meats that I haven’t been able to find many other places in the US. Now I live in Tennessee and I still mourn the meats I used to be able to get in Louisiana so easily from local meat markets. And fresh seafood is my love language.

Im not a big fan of seafood because when I was a kid I was allergic to shellfish and I kind of just stayed away from seafood in general and now that my allergies gone Im slowly starting to like it more

When I was a young child, my grandparents brought a goat. I remember playing with it all the time when it went missing, then my family and the neighbors had a get together where they serve meaty soup…

My favorite meal is what I call "Ghetto Surf n' Turf". It's fried shrimp and a cheeseburger. I could eat it every day!
