I work at a state prison. I've known this one guy for 7 years and he's a stellar person. Knows the ins and out of the institution, does his job to the fullest, respectful and demeaning when need to. He is a 15 year veteran and has been trying to promote for 6 years now. Today, his supervisors chose a black person who's had 4 years in, barely knows how to write a report, been accused of dwi, scored lower on the supervisors test, to promote to the position he had worked his ass for. Yes, black people are privileged and you're a fool if you don't think so.

I had been working at this large company for 12 years, had an office that I loved, one day my supervisor told me to pack up and move to an office the size of a closet. Found out later a newly hired black girl didn’t like the office she was assigned to and wanted my office, so they bowed down to her demands, and nobody likes working with her, and the clients complain about her all the time. This is the new world we live in.
