Would be useful, for new uesrs at least, to say how long to prime for. 1min? 5mins? How do you tell what is enough? What are the indications to say how much?

I found out, if you changed your fuel pump and system out, and can NOT for the life of you, get this to work. You must disconnect the battery from the heater for 30 seconds, then reconnect and try this. :)

How much time do you need to do it for when starting up? Every single time too?

How do you know when to stop h on? I did it couple of times and still couldn't run the heater. Then overdosed diesel which appeared in the exhaust pipe. Any recommendation?

I've tried this and my controller comes up with something different, controller looks same as yours.

DIESEL HEATER PROBLEM CHINESE. HEATER WORKS GREAT WHEN ENGINE IS OFF. But if engine is ON it will go into start sequence and when it gets to Fuel pump it will give fault code #4 which means fuel pump problem. Well the fuel pump is operating fine I've ran it for 40+ hrs many times. But cannot have the engine on van running when I start the heater! Anyone have this issue or any ideas what to do? I'm pretty good with electrical testing and troubleshooting. Could it be alternator emf? Any help would b greatly appreciated. I do always read .6volts lower on the heater controller than my volts guage. An EE told me that's a diode in line in the controller dropping it .6volts. I've got ground running all the way back to the battery. Please help!

As soon as I push up for pump on, the screen resets itself or my fuse blows.. Any ideas?
