Yes, there is a 0.037% (1 in 2700) chance of an impact. Impacts of a 500m asteroid occur every 125, 000 years on average. Bennu is also only slightly more dense than water. While an impact would be disastrous, the September 24, 2182 close approach will not be a cataclysmic event even if it does impact the earth.

More than a multi-body problem of tracking then calculating gravitational forces, considering the inconsistency of interactions between the solar wind and cosmic rays and radiative volatiles, asteroid trajectories are very difficult to determine out beyond 100 years. This is a topic I only have a surface understanding of, but there are plenty of astrophysicists who can explain it better.
