I made this short before I knew that a small bug has made it so that amethyst is NOT generating in Trial Chambers!

PLEASE, help me out by upvoting the bug on the Minecraft bug tracker! MC-273812

It's a shame that regular bamboo itself doesn't generate as loot or in pots or something. That would unlock the entire family of bamboo blocks and more.

About the amethyst shard thing, i feel pretty certain you can get them from the pots as i remember that happening one time.
Though that may just be on bedrock or it may have been removed

The Trial Chamber has dramatically improved my single-biome lush cave world. The dispensers contain splash potions of weakness, which cuts out a LOT of steps needed for me to get some villagers.

The 'dead bush' joke was a funny concept, but that was a picture of alive bush

For context The dead bushes are important for super flat because the sticks and wood in general are limited unless you get lucky and find a sapling in a chest.
