I didn't know that Ken Starr is such a shill. I didn't expect that he would fail to make the distinction between statutory crimes and impeachable offenses (an impeachable offense is not necessarily a statutory crime). That's pretty stupid for a man of his experience, but I don't think it's stupidity: I think it's partisan blindness. Or to put it less charitably, just plain hypocrisy.
