How do you begin to care about the person if you skip the small talk/getting to know a person- one of your videos says to jump right in- not wasting time... I agree with both points, I just don't get how you would be able to skip right to the point & still promote a caring disposition unless getting right to the point is the care?

This advice contradicts another video where you hear Alex himself say don't veer from the script...The script is "God" in Alex's words, bc if every salesperson does their own thing you can't scale.
